thanks elnora, for posting this. this is obviously very important information that's going to affect the borrowing/buying public real soon and over time.

we knew something had to give, after all. look at the lenders they've just called on the carpet for their delinquency/default performance. there'll no doubt be other enhancements, so to speak, as they tweak their product to make it more effective and to prevent future losses.
