Beware of mortgage fraud:

FBI officials disclosed that the number of mortgage foreclosure has increased compared to the last year. It is also reported that we might even headed for 70,000 of mortgage fraud reports this year. Even the mortgage fraud investigation has increased 47 percent. The most number of mortgage frauds has occurred in Florida, Georgia, Michigan, California, Illinois, Ohio, Texas, New York, Colorado, and Minnesota.
