In order to protect my son I would like to add him to the title. What is the best form to do this? Do I need a layer? Thank you, Adriana

It is always better to contact an attorney and get the quit claim deed drafted from him. Once the deed is filled out, make sure to record it at the county recorder's office. Thanks
