How does new revised law in new york state (s07915 ) effect adverse possession im a victim. Adverse possession law revised in new york state by governor paterson (s07915) how does it effect neighbors fence and part of his house on my property. Do we settle this in civil court?

Welcome to the forum. This is more of a legal question. BTW your neighbor cannot claim the parcel of land if they have not taken care of it for more than 10 years period. I think you can settle this in the civil court. So contact with an attorney to help you out.
