Adverse possession law revised in new york state by governor paterson (s07915) how does it effect neighbors fence and part of his house on my property. Do we settle this in civil court?

BTW your neighbor cannot claim the parcel of land if they have not taken care of it for more than 10 years period. I think you can settle this in the civil court.
