Is there a standard form or format that I can file with the county court to get the child support lien released if the lien holder agrees to the release? (Ulster County NY) If so, where could I find it?

Thanks in advance.

The lien holder will have to issue a lien release certificate. Once you get this certificate, you won't be responsible for the lien any longer. The lien holder can contact an attorney and get the lien release certificate drafted from him.
