Hi ritemort,

There are lenders who still offer construction loans to home owners. But whether you qualify for such a loan depends on many factors. What are your credit scores? What amount of construction loan do you want to borrow?

There are lenders in this community who offer loans in New York and other parts of the country. You can go for a no obligation free mortgage quote with them. They have their set qualifying criteria in terms of credit score, debt to income ratio etc. If you qualify as per their requirements, they will get in touch with you and will offer you free quotes for the construction mortgage.
