What is the highest LTV on co-ops in NY that you are aware of? In this case, the coop does NOT have a max on financing. Please reply with the names of the lenders wholesale or retail.

Hi aberman,

Welcome to the forum.

I think the LTV ratio may be about 90 percent on NY Co-ops. If you want to get a loan you need to give us a bit more details so that we can advise you better.

You can seek for No-obligation free consultation from the rated community lenders to know whether you can get a loan or not.

Best of luck,
Larry

I need to know exactly what is the highest LTV. Not what you "think". This would be based on a perfect scenerio with scores 800+ and full doc with great DTI.

Hi aberman,

I think you should talk with a local real estate agent or a broker. LTV ratio varies from lender to lender and state to state. So if you can talk with a local real estate agent or a broker he will guide you better. BTW your credit score seems impressive.

Best of luck,
Larry
