I am representing the sale of a Mobile Home and was told by a few mortgage brokers there is no loans available. The mobile home is in a park community in Bohemia, New York.

Hi theresa_dorio

Mobile home loans are available but there are some criteria in order to qualify for it. In order to get a mobile home loan, the mobile home should have a permanent foundation. Moreover, it should not be situated on a rented land. If you do not satisfy these criteria, then you will have to look for a personal property loan.

Thanks.
