i have a problem , can you help?
i am first time buyer, and freelance self employed.
my tax returns dont show a lot so i would have got a no doc loan, now i guess they dont give them?
i have great credit score around 720
but only have $20,000 to put down
i live in manhattan ny .. is there any hope for me? |

Hi attom,
Getting a no doc loan under present market scenario is a bit difficult. But your credit score of 720 is good. I think you can go for a no-obligation free consultation with the lenders in this community and see if any of them can provide you with a no doc loan program. |

you'll find that most, if not all, no documentation loans are going to require that you have at least 25% down payment, and even more typically, 30%. it may mean that you've got to wait. _________________ George M. Akerley
