I've been given a 30 day vacate notice, can i get more time legally?

Hi Cami!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to contact your lender as well as the new owner and negotiate with them so that they can give you some more time to vacate the property. It will be completely their discretion whether or not they would give you an extra time period.
