I have a double wide mobil home and live in a park. My husband is 62 and i will be 60. we're both disabled. do you think we could get a reverse mtg. thank you

You won't be able to apply for a reverse mortgage as you're not 62 years old. If there is equity in the property, then your husband should contact the local lender and apply for it.
