I have a real estate property and I want to use the Quit Claim Deed to add my Corporation to the Deed. Is there any tax implication doing so? Where can I file the Quit Claim deed in Queens County, NY.

Thanks
Jimmy

Welcome Guest,

You will have to contact the county recorder's office where the property is located in order to record the deed. Once you transfer the property to your corporation, you will be liable for property transfer fees, stamp doc fees, taxes, etc.
