Other that an quitclaim deed, What other forms are needed to record the deed in NYC?

Hi Rae!

Welcome to forums!

If there is a transfer of property, then it is the quit claim deed which needs to recorded at the county recorder's office after it is notarized. I don't think there is any other form in regards to property transfer that needs to be recorded.
