I am a part owner of a hunting camp in NYwith 7 others. Only 1 member other than myself is active. The other member wants to let the camp go for taxes. I don't want my credit effected by this. How can I remove my name from the deed. I would be willing to just sign the property over to the other member.

Hi butchied!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a quitclaim deed to transfer the property to the other owners. You should mention your name as the grantor whereas the other member would be mentioned as the grantee to the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
