I have approx. 50% equity in the property. My current rate is 7% fixed 15yrs remaining. Where can I get a good refinance rate: big bank, broker? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? This will make it easier for you to qualify for a refinance on your rental property. You can contact the local lenders and apply for a mortgage.
