Thanks for your imput Niicss. The gentleman that call had a heavy foreign accent and is saying I committed bank fraud. I assume he works for Platinum B Services, since he told me I owed them money from 2006. He has proceded to call my workplace 20 times or more. He has spoken to my manager and other employees at my job, saying he is sending officers to my workplace to arrest me. I try to talk to get information on who he represents, because I cannot recall owing a Platinum B Services, but he will give me any information. He usually hangs up on me after getting very angry and telling me "you cannot run or hide, we will arrest you". It's actually very upsetting and I am having a very stressful time dealing with this situation. | ||||

where can i find an attorney that will do an enhanced life estate deed? and is this the same as a transfer on death deed? i live in corpus christi, texas and my grandmother is wanting to give me her house. i've asked attorneys and only one in corpus is familiar with it and charges $800.00. i heard they weren't this expensive. | ||||
