If yes, then it may be included in the SOL. You need to contact an attorney who would help you in knowing whether or not the SOL has expired. Any negative item will remain on your credit report for 7 years. However, if you haven't paid the dues, then the collection agency may not be ready to negotiate and remove the lien from your report. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
