My aunt inherited heir property from her parents who are deceased. She wants to cut her son out. She does not want her son to remain as an heir to the land in N.C. Is it possible to cut him and his children out?

Yes. All she'd need to do is spell it out in her Will or Living Trust. However, if she doesn't have either of those in place when she passes, her Husband will inherit the property when she passes, and if she doesn't have one, the children are next in line.
