Can nc courts put a lien on my car?

Like 0 Dislike 0 A creditor is suing me for unpaid creditor card. I've been back and forth with them but I can't pay as I am not working. I just paid off my car and I have the title (lien free). Can NC court put a lien on my car? Can they freeze my joint bank account which is the state credit union? Your help is greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, it would be a better option to negotiate a payment plan with them which can make it affordable for you to pay off the loan. Thanks
