I have a lien on a husband judgment debtor in NC. Him and his wife has an ARM mortgage which comes due in Jan. 2010 on thier home. Will they be able to refiance without satisfying the judgment lien?

Hi Lee,

They may be able to refinance the loan, provide the lien holder subordinates the lien to the new loan.
