financing in NC on mobile home w/o perm foundation?

Like 0 Dislike 0 Is there anywhere in North Carolina to get a loan on a mobile home not on a permanent foundation? We are selling and our potential buyers are having trouble getting loans, most places only give loans on either real esate, which doesn't include our mobile home on a rental lot, or personal property. Someone finally found a place outside NC but their lowest rate was higher than what NC would allow! We just want to find a company to suggest to potential buyers...?

They will have to contact the retailers who sell mobile homes and apply for personal property loans. These loans are available for shorter term period and at higher interest rates.
