But its doesn't matters, property will be her on both names. Thanks.

You and your wife can sign a new quit claim deed wherein your name and your wife's maiden name will be mentioned as the grantor of the property and your name and her married name will be mentioned as grantee. The deed should be then notarized and recorded at the county recorder's office. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
