Greetings,
I am a Rev. and i have been Blessed to receive a nice size lot of the ministry. I was told that i can have a easy quit deed from a lawyer for $117.00. Then a pastor told me that i can do it my self, just get the Quit claim deed paper work from a office store. Which i have picked up today.
I'm in North Carolina are these the right papers that i need? I am going to meet the young man thursday. Can you let me know if this is right?
Thank You!!!
Prayerfully Yours,
Rev. Reed _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Get free consultation from community lenders/consultant |

I would speak with a title company directly and they will let you know the exact terms. To record paperwork that is always fees involved, whether they are $117 or not, i am not quite sure.
Good luck! _________________ Ashley Blanton

Hi togodbeourglory!
Welcome to forums!
Sample quitclaim deed forms are available online and you can get it from a office store as well. But it is always suggested that you should contact an attorney and ask him to go through it. This will let you know whether the form is correct or not. Moreover, an attorney will help you in filling out the form as well.
As far as recording paperwork is concerned, I agree with Ashley that you'll have to pay the fees but they may vary from state to state.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
