Hi lady j,

In North Carolina, the oral agreements, written contracts and open accounts have a SOL period of 3 years. For a promissory note, the SOL period is of 5 years.

forget what you think it is, wretched. in this case, they're asking about "statute of limitations" (though that has to do with luck, too, i suppose).
