Notary Fee is a fee charged by a licensed notary public to certify the signature on the loan documents. The notary public charges the fee as per the state law.
The fee is charged on the basis of an hourly charging rate and it depends on the time allotted for the matter. The hourly charging rate is based on the guidelines established by the Notaries Society. An estimate of the fee is given before any work is done. |
