My first wife died and I transfered titleof my house to my mame. I have remarried and would like to add my current wife. How do I accomplish this. I live in ohio.

Simply execute a quit claim deed. By virtue of this document, you as the sole owner are quitting your rights to the the property to the parties named in the document, presumably You and your spouse. When you do this your wife would have no obligation to pay any liens associated with the propery, such as mortgages, but she would have ownership rights. You probably need to have the document notarized and then take it down and record it. Quit Claim deeds are easy to find online and at places like SG Adams.
That's the answer.
To illustrate another situation, and a problem I come across regularly as a mortgage professional. If a couple is getting a divorce and they had purchased and mortgaged a property together, if one of them quits their rights to a property it does not absolve them from being liable for the mortgage they signed. This doesn't apply to you but I wanted to be responsible in my posting for the benefit of others reading this.
