liberty Joined: 23 Apr 2010 Posts: 1 1.26 Dollars($)	Posted: Fri Apr 23, 2010 6:03 am    Post subject: how many times do i let buyers try to get a loan Like 0 Dislike 0 the people waanting to buy my house have been through 3 lenders but have yet to get a loan we are in ohio and want to put the house back on the market so what options do we have ? can we break the contract?

If not, you're at their mercy, and that's not going to do you a bit of good. I'd be careful about breaking the contract unless you have the proper clauses in the contract allowing you to do so for non-performance on the part of the buyer. If you have an attorney you're working with, that's an excellent question to ask of him. _________________ George M.
