She was remarried b-4 signing in Md. Does her [new] husband have dowery rights to my property? Ihave the new deed n my name with her new married name on it [with nkg xxxxxx] typed under her signture by the courts, recorders office/ atty. Now that I want to build on. The morgage co. atty is bringing up dowery ???? I've had the deed for about a yr now. What gives.?
