Like 0 Dislike 0 im a wife in Ohio and I want to know how to sign off on my dower rights? Im not on the loans. The mortagae company started foreclosure proceddings and they just sent us the modification papers. they dont stop the foreclosure proceddings when you are in the modification process.

You don't have to sign away your dower rights because of this foreclosure. Also, if your lender is considering a loan modification, then he won't foreclose the property. I don't think such a form is available online.
