My credit score is about 590. I am trying to purchase a mobile home for about 35k. which is in a mobile home park so it does not include the land. I am able to put 25% but cannot find a loan. I am in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Can you help me?

With a credit score of 590, it will be quite difficult for you to qualify for a loan. You should have a score of at least 620 in order to qualify for a FHA loan. I would suggest you to take some steps in order to improve your score and then apply for a home loan.
