My exhusband was in jail and I had to file bankruptcy. Later I divorced him and was awarded the house and the divorce papers state he has to sign a quit claim deed over to me. He is disabled and I am not sure if his daughter is POA. If she is do both sign?

Hi Linda,

first you need to check whether your Ex has given POA to his daughter. Ower or POA holder can sign a deed to you. your name will be mentioned as grantee. it has to be notarized & registered in local country's office
