| I am getting divorced> I live in Ohio> my name is not on our mortgage loan but is on the deed. I want to sign over my rights to the house to my soon to be ex. would you say a quit claim deed form would be the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to do so? |

chere i would have to assume that you've already engaged an attorney. in that case, you'll want to also have this discussion with the attorney, to determine if there needs to be any transfer of funds between you and your soon to be former spouse. _________________ George M. Akerley
