I do not have the money to pay an attorney to help me in this matter. Where do I get a quit claim deed and what is the process i need to do to complete it in ohio?

Hi kellwat,

You need to sign a quit claim deed as the grantor transferring your share in the property to the grantee. The deed then needs to be notarized and recorded with the county recorder's office to validate it. You can get a sample quitclaim deed form for Ohio in the following page but it's better you get it reviewed by an attorney before you use it.
