| will a quick claim deed keep the bank from taking the property without giving us a chance...about 2 years ago my brother conned my Father into quickdeed the Property that was free and clear.. Last year i found out he got a mortgage or loan on it now he is in a foreclose. I live here to help take care of my Father..Some one told me to get a quick clam deed done so that if he doesn't get out of forclosue then we would have first claim on the property We live in Ohio... Property is valued at 135,000 loan on property is 85,000 |
