The document stated that she had life long residency rights in the "existing structure. The mobile home has soon to be torn down due to mold that was found. Due to the life estate rights, your mother will be able to stay in the property for the rest of her life. If you want to tear down the property, you'll have to take your mother's permission. Thanks
