In 2006, my husband was given by quit claim from his mother, her house. She has the right to live there til she dies. Living estate. We were married in 2008. If she passes away and he decides to sell the home or give it to his brothers, is my signature required for this? Question #2, do I inherit this home if he dies or can he "will" it to someone else? If he did a will before our marriage, would it still be valid? We live in Ohio.

If your name is not on the property deed, then your signatures will not be required while he transfers the property to his brother or sells it off. If your husband does not transfer or will the property to someone else, then you will be able to inherit it after his death. If he has prepared the will prior to his death, it would be considered as valid as it is a legal document.
