I want to borrow 40,000 against my land which I own in Oklahoma. 160 acres I have a bankruptcy in 2004 and have bad credit now with late payments. My life can be back in order with this loan.

Hi leleturner,

You haven't mentioned what you credit score is. However, with a bad credit score, it would be difficult for you to get a loan. I would suggest you to improve your credit score first and then look out for loans. To know more about improving credit score, check out the following link:
