Looking to consolidate into one (or two) mortgages (blanket) to help bring down total monthly costs for our business. We have great credit (760+); great income ($200K+); and great liquidity ($100+ cash). Looking for best loan package that can consolidate current loans into one.

If you meet all the required criteria of the lender, then you will be able to get a mortgage. This community has a large number of mortgage lenders.
