I own a single wide and 2 acres in oklahoma and I am trying to find a lender for the property before I put it up for sale. It was moved once before I bought it then I had it pu on my land, but there is no possible way it could be moved again. I built a 4 car garage that has a slab and is attached to the house. Please let me know if you know anyone that will loan on it. It is very nice and is a 2004 model. Thank You

Did you speak to the lenders of your area? I think you should first check with your local lenders to see if they are ready to give you a loan. If you can afford a personal loan, then you can speak to the retailers who sell mobile homes. They will be able to give you a personal loan but you should remember that these loans are available at a higher interest rate.

This community also has a large number of lenders. You can speak to them and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. This will help you in knowing whether or not you would get a loan.
