I live in Oklahoma, and me and my boyfriend bought a house, but I wasn't able to put my name on the mortgage papers, so my name will only be on the title of the house. Is that enough to be considered as a property owner in Oklahoma? And does that mean that my name will also be on the property tax papers?

Thanks

As your name is on the property deed, you would be considered as one of the owners of the property. However, it does not necessarily mean that your name would be on the property tax papers. If you have contacted the tax office and applied for the inclusion of your name, then the property tax papers would include your name.
