Real Estate Deed 2 single people/1 is now going to Prison

OKLAHOMA - I have been told there is a form I can file at the court house that will take his name off the deed. No one can tell me what the name of the form is. We lived in the property since January and he went to Jail in July - He made 2 payments. I have made the rest and put up the down payment. We're both on the deed as single/right to survivorship. He will not sign the Quit Claim Deed, I've tried 3 times. What's next?

There is no form you can sign to get someone else off the deed. They must sign a deed.

Being in prison doesn't disqualify one from holding real property.
