My Grandmother had a quik claim deed with my mothers name and my name, leaving the home to me. Both are now deceased, how do I remove their name from the Deed. State of Okla.......Tulsa

Hi Sandra,

You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the local county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name.
