peewee Guest	Posted: Sat Apr 30, 2011 6:34 pm    Post subject: selling land Like 0 Dislike 0 my dad has passed away and me and my brother are on the warranty deed. at the time my last name on the deed is in my boyfriends last name. im married to someone else now and my last name is different. will this be a problem in selling the land. the land is in oklahoma _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? But it isn't a big problem.
