Guest	Posted: Sat Nov 13, 2010 11:49 am    Post subject: second mortgage after foreclosure Oregon Like 0 Dislike 0 I live in the state of oregon and my residence was foreclosed on. I had a second mortgage and they still are trying to collect the payments. What are the laws in oregon about this?

The second lender will never forgive the dues. You should negotiate with the second mortgage lender and try to get a repayment plan so that it becomes affordable for you to pay off the dues. Thanks
