hi i live in oregon and need to add my name to the deed of my mothers property. I have looked and I think i would use a quitclaim from an individual to two idividuals. Is that right and would that give me right of surviorship?

Hi tony,

You can ask your mother to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. This will make you one of the owners of the property.
