How do I add the new wife to my deed?

Bob259 Guest	Posted: Tue Nov 24, 2009 8:12 pm    Post subject: How do I add the new wife to my deed? Like 0 Dislike 0 I recently married and want to add my new wife to the deed of my property. What form and where would I find one? Also any problems like taxes in such a thing. I live in Oregon.

Contact your attorney to draft deed. Notarize it in country records to make it validate. Thanks.

If you doing it without lawyer it will not be safe for you. Get attorney involved to make hassle free & risk free property transfer. Without attorney fraud chances will increased. So i advice you that get attorney involved for your own safety. Thanks.
