I recently married and want to add my new wife to the deed of my property. What form and where would I find one? Also any problems like taxes in such a thing. I live in Oregon.

Hi,

You have to file quite claim deed to add your new wife to property deed. Contact your attorney to draft deed. Notarize it in country records to make it validate.

Thanks.

I don't really want to pay a lawyer. Can't I just fill one out and take it to the court house?

Layer fees will be affordable. If you doing it without lawyer it will not be safe for you. Get attorney involved to make hassle free & risk free property transfer. Without attorney fraud chances will increased. So i advice you that get attorney involved for your own safety.

Thanks. Laughing Laughing Laughing
