Hi mfisherman!

Welcome to forums!

You can sign a quitclaim deed to transfer the property to your wife. You can draft the quitclaim deed with the help of an attorney. Or, you can even take the help of sample quitclaim deed forms available online. Once the deed is filled out by you, notarize and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
