I have a rental property that I am in default in & I may be foreclosed on. The property values have plummeted so much that I am upside down in my mortgage.

Hi sueherska,

As far as I know, the details about the deficiency judgment and the amount decided upon would be mentioned in your owner finance agreement. You will have to check out the agreement and get to know the details.

Thanks
