can we finance a mobile home, we own it but we have people living in the mobile home. they want to buy it but cant fine someone to finance the mobile home. the mobile home in a 1/2 acre lot, they own the land.

I guess you are speaking about owner financing. You can go for it so that the buyer can buy the mobile home from you. However, you should sign an agreement with the buyer which would document all the required details regarding owner financing. You can get this agreement drafted from an attorney.
