Welcome to forums!
You should check out if the property is free and clear or not. A title search regarding the property would help you in getting an idea about the title of the property. Also you should check out the owners of the property. In order to transfer the title of the property, all the owners of the property should sign the property deed. Also, you should sign an agreement with the seller wherein the terms and conditions of the contract would be mentioned. Check out the given page to know more about owner financing:
